A wonderful doctor in every way! Unfortunately for both him and his patients, he works for UPMC. He is obviously over-scheduled and isn't given enough time to see each patient. This is a common situation with UPMC doctors, where assembly-line medicine must increase the bottom line. I am grateful that he is my doctor.
