With all.of the people who have had bad experience with Dr. Barbara Zapolsski,! why has she not been seriouly investigated?

Dr Zapolski should not be practicing because she damages people's teeth more than she repairs. She broke all of my teeth that she pulled and caused nerve damage when she froze my gums.. She is extremely distructive and I wasnt left with the impression that it was not by accident. Something about the expression on her face gave me the impression that it was with intent..When I read some of her other reviews, I was shocked to see that I was not the only person to experience this. With this dentist.. What I dont understand is why she hasn't been shut down.. The information is out there. Please Check her out before letting this woman work on your teeth and please dont bring your children to this dentist. The nerve damage eventually repaired itself over the years but not everyone will necessarily be so lucky

Horrible dentist. I went to her as a child and she scarred me for life. She would constantly tell me to stop talking when I experienced pain during operations. One time I told her I could feel the actual drilling during a cavity filling and she just ignored me and kept finishing the job. The final straw for my family and I was when she over drilled my cavity for a routine filling, and went ahead on conducting a root canal without consulting me. After it was done the process had already been started, and my tooth was no longer redeemable. Was not able to get a second opinion. Horrible horrible dentist, I have complained to Billing’s Bridge about my experience and they continue to employ her. She should not be practicing anymore, if you have her as a dentist, run!!!!!

If you go to this denist watch it! if you go to her for an extaction and the tooth breaks dont be so sure it was an accident. I dont think she liked me. She extracted 3 of my teeth on different occassions and each time the tooth broke. The last time . I had a feeling the same thing would happen again and made a point of watching her face when she pulled the tooth and what I saw was intent. Ive been to other dentists for extractions and didnt have any issues or broken teeth so in my opinion shes either a terrible denist or she cant be trusted. I dont think she can be trusted...

Dr. Zapolski has been my dentist for the past 20 years and has taken excellent care of me and my wife. She’s an experienced, always honest and has always made us feel comfortable!

Dr. Barbara Zapolski should have been reported to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario long ago and should not be allowed to pactive anywhere

If you have TMJ or jaw pain, DO NOT go to Dr. zapolski. She made me a mouth guard, and after two years of physio, multiple dental consultations, and a lot of pain and anxiety, I went to a more experienced dentist and found out that she had made me a terrible night guard that probably worsened my jaw alignment and contributed to daily pain.

I have special needs(cognitive impairments), and like a previous poster, am also a recipient of ODSP, and I have a brother and a sister who are both younger than me, but when we were all younger and still lived at home, we all had Dr. Zapolski as our family dentist, and my family and I can only speak very very negatively of her. I remember going in for an appointment one day, and as I was settling in the chair, I SPECIFICALLY TOLD ZAPOLSKI, that I'm very anxious when it comes to dentists and having dental work done(I don't care if it's just a cleaning or what it is, I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists), and so to just give me a moment to get used to the environment, and then during the appointment my anxiety got quite high, and instead of being empathetic and understanding, I was told to "shut up and let me do my work!" After my appointment was over, I went to the front desk and ask to have another dentist, and thankfully now I have a much much better dentist that knows how to help relieve some of my anxiety of being at the dentist. And I was actually at the dentist yesterday, because of discomfort in my mouth(need to go back on Tuesday), and while I was waiting for my dentist, I had the chance to speak to a family of new comers(spoke with mother who had 3-4 young children), and while we were talking she was sharing how she too had great anxieties related to dentists, and I think one of her kids had an appointment recently with Dr. Zapolski, and not only was she using her tools inside the child's mouth, but also marked the body of the child with her tools, LEAVING PERMANENT SCARRING ON THE BODY(the pictures the mother showed me are ASTONISHING). The day Dr. Zapolski is let go of her job, I will be able to die a happy person! Worst dentist possible!!

I have heard that she originally wanted to be a dental surgeon and I think fact that shes is not a surgeon tells me everything I should have known. She makes too many mistakes In my opinion this dentist should not be practicing at all..

Terrible dentist. She charged for an emergency exam when she did absolutely nothing. I was in the same situation after the appointment as I was before. In pain! How does she feel right as a human being, let alone a dentist, charging someone a ridiculous amount of money and not even attempting to solve the issue?! She should be ashamed! Stay away from her!! She should not be practicing!
