The worst dentist. I had been seeing him for about 6 months. He’s rude to his staff to the point it makes you uncomfortable, he gets irritated if you question his procedures. He performed surgery on my gum I didn’t ask for and tried to charge me $1200 for it. I made a formal complaint to the Ordre of dentists. He needs to be shut down. I feel bad for his staff, they are all very sweet.

Compassionate and wonderful dental surgeon. Staff are helpful and caring. Smooth ambience. Recently had a challenging, long , intricate dental surgery and I was completely comfortable and had absolute confidence with Dr Youssef. My dentist over a 20 years plus span. New office downtown is a winner. All the latest equipment including cat scan . Impressive. A good overall experience .

Rude to his staff. My experience will never be forgotten. He is a mediocre dentist. His staff changes like they change underwear. Every time I went in one new face and they all looked miserable. He is a salesman with. A rough edge. Aggressive

Wont say that the doctor is not knowledgeable, but found more often trying to push for procedures which might not even be needed, or not urgent. Looks like they only keep searching for ways to perform more procedures than actually trying what is best for the patient. Just posting my experience, nothing personal.

We love Dr. Youseff. In fact he is such a compassionate and gentle dentist willing to think outside the box and go the extra mile that we fly up annually from South Florida just to see him. He is that good! Plus flexible when needed so I completely disagree with that one negative review claiming money is his god. Almost makes me think they have the wrong dentist because this man has been nothing but kind, wonderful, and reasonable in every respect when it came to very complex urgent dental work that my husband suddenly needed. Looking forward to flying up for our next visit once it's safe to do so again. Not many dentists can say that!

This doctor is very knowledgable but he has no manners, especially towards his staff. He recently fired two of them. His hygienist was the best one I ever had. I'm looking for the dentist who hired her. Anybody knows? For doctor Youssef (not to be confused with the pastor with the same name), money seems to be his god. I once heard him lash out and threaten one of his patients to sign the content or else, he world can his lawyer. Dr. Youssef is an amazing, pleasant and compassionate dentist with all the latest technology. The staff are wonderful, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I am in good hands with the whole team.

I have been seeing Dr Youssef over 30 years. l had lots of serious problems with my gums and teeth. He was able to save most of my natural teeth always found time for emergencies. Could always count on him and he is very conscientious regarding his work.
