Skilled surgeon but finally someone who will actually listen to you.

My appointments are always very behind. My injury wasn't resolved. Had to seek a second opinion as the office doesn't care.

Dr. Saillant performed carpal tunnel release surgery on both hands and a trigger thumb release. I highly recommend Dr. Saillant. He's knowledgeable, helpful, kind, personable, easy to talk to, has a great bedside manner, makes you feel special/like he truly cares, and is very easy on the eyes! His assistant, Shelley is very nice and helpful, as is his nurse. I would highly recommend Dr. Saillant and Orthopedics New England. I also had a cervical fusion, which Dr. Zannikos performed. He is very nice and knowledgeable too and I would highly recommend him also.

I had carpal tunnel surgery with Doctor Saillant. He and his staff are UNBELIEVABLE. They are very personable professional courteous helpful and knowledgeable in what needs to get done. I went in for surgery at 6:30 in the morning and I was back home by 9:30 in the morning - immediate relief from pain. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and felt very comfortable with proceeding with the procedure. I highly recommend him and his team at orthopedic New England for any kind of hand surgery especially carpal tunnel

Dr. Saillant diagnosed me with severe carpal tunnel and arthritis in my wrists. He clearly explained the diagnosis, treatment options and the expected outcome. Dr. Saillant completed a procedure on each of my wrists within one month. I felt relief immediately - no pain, no swelling, and I was finally able to sleep through the night. Dr. Saillant is a skilled surgeon, has a positive, easy manner and a sense of humor. I would highly recommend him, and his very helpful support staff.

I had two hand surgeries with Dr Salient, same issue in both hands. He is an amazing doctor. Brightens the room when he comes in, keeps it serious but light and is exactly who I wanted working on my hands. Knowledgeable, able to diagnose quick and competent. None of the "hopefully" or "ifs" that you hear from other doctors, it was all confidence. I cannot recommend him enough to people I know and don't know. Put your trust in him and he won't steer you wrong.

My son had punctured his arm through the skin which required emergency surgery and we were lucky enough to have Dr. Saillant. After surgery with 2 plates and rehab he was able to regain functionality of 3 fingers and back playing football. Dr. Saillant and his staff have a way of making you feel taken care of my son's results were better than expected.

Dr. Saillant performed a proximal row carpectomy on my right wrist. Arthritis had set in as the result of an old injury. His kindness & professionalism were immediately apparent during our initial consultation, making my decision to elect surgery far easier. With a successful outcome behind me, I can't recommend Dr. Saillant & his wonderful secretary Shelley highly enough.

Dr Saillant repaired a broken bone in my arm that resulted from a fall. All went very well with the surgery. The staff at the practice and at LMH were all friendly and helpful. Dr Saillant and Shelly (who arranges everything) were terrific.
