This Dr. talks in circles. He cant focus on whats at hand. I dont know why I ever even attempted on being on time, because he is NEVER on time.It's hard to know where you stand w/ this DR. he's a little vague but it might just be the incoherence. He's a nice individual and I can tell he really wants to help but I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
