The doctor is wonderful, but his wife, the Office Manager is rude,, and ignorant of Insurance billing contracts the agreed to and forces patients to pay cash for services she also accepts insurance payments for. Doubling billing for Medicare services is a crime against all tax payers!

Their office is charging my elderly parents a monthly records review fee which Medicare won’t pay.

Staff is terrible and rude. I had a problem with billing for Prisma (lab work) and called to ask a question . Staff person was not helpful , raised her voice and told me to "call another another office" of which there is none , essentially telling me to find another dr.

Horrible customer service , front person Kristin lacky personality vrry rude. Would not recommend this doctor !!!! Life is to short to waste your life with this Dr!!!!!! Peopple skills are lacking

Dr Fiorentino is a very knowledgable physician and caring

Spends little time with patient, will not correct order errors, does not probe into problems like my new doctor does. very dissapointed with staff and doctor.
