Great dentist, great customer-friendly service. I have no idea why one other person rated him so poorly. Best dentist I have ever had, including up to date technology, great customer service attitude--could not be more pleased with Dr. Murphey and his staff.

This place is amazing. Easily the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Everything seems to have been done with the patient in mind. The facilities have everything you can ask for. Seriously, I wouldn't have minded having to wait a little longer just so I could enjoy the waiting area more (great coffee options and great area for my kids!). The wait was minimal. The work I had done was great. But the best thing about the experience was easily the people. Dr. Murphey is one of the most personable dentists you'll ever meet. He seems to genuinely care about you and clearly loves his job. But what's just as impressive is his staff. Seriously, I've never seen such happy employees. It's clear that Dr. Murphey loves his staff, and it's clear they love working there. From the front desk to the walk down to my room, to sitting in the chair, everyone there seems to actually enjoy serving you. Can't say enough about the place. 5 stars easily.

The cleaning was fine and Dr. Nally was informative and helpful. I don't like having a different person clean my teeth every time I go.

I knew getting into an office with all of the amentities, and seeing all the pictures of himself they have would be a bad deal.. But I thought I would give it a try. Went in with a toothache, Dr & staff was nice. But after my getting my work done and insurance paying. I found out that it was different price than what I was told. Called and whoever I spoke to, was rude and wasn't helpful at all and could not answer any of my questions. She was not knowledgeable and felt like she didn't care. Then when I went back it seemed like he had a completly brand new staff from the first, second, third time I was there. What's going on I told my wife. Very disapointed with my whole situation. I like to go in and see the same people and I like to be treated with respect and know exactly what I'm in too, not after the fact. WHATCH OUT!!!!!
