Very nice but HORRIBLE results. Had rhinoplasty done twice to correct his mistakes and still couldn’t fix it. Not worth the risk going to him!!

Horrible results and left me with a 3x3 inch 3rd degree burn/horrible scar from what was supposed to be a simple laser treatment to a little wrinkling above my belly button. Sub par breast augmentation too! Falsified my medical records. I cannot warn patients enough to stay away!!!!

I had a rhinoplasty done with him a couple years ago. One side of my nose had collapsed. Went in for a revision with him and he only did a quick fix that left my nose in a worse position than before. He keeps saying “it looks fine” when it obviously does not. It’s honestly a guessing game with him. Either your nose will come out natural looking OR he will be too sloppy during your procedure and you end up with a botched nose. He doesn’t not know how to fix his mistakes. I say it’s not worth the gamble to get a rhinoplasty with him.

Dr. Ayalp is an amazing surgeon! He leaves ur nose looking natural and is very knowledgable you can tell he knows very well what he is doing. I got a rhinoplasty done by him and I couldnt be more happy with the results. Amazing

For the last few years that I have contemplated rhinoplasty, I have been too scared to get the actual surgery done. I was always too scared that I would end up with a nose I didn't like, and even more so, the actual journey of a rhinoplasty. I went to two doctors before finding the amazing Dr. Tayfur who not only made me feel comfortable, but also made me less nervous and scared about my surgery. He took his time to talk to me, allowed me to come in a couple times before I made my final decision, he got to know all of my concerns, and listened to all my questions. Throughout the entire process, I felt well cared for and everything that he said would happen from day one to now a week and a half later was accurate. Not only am I in LOVE with my new nose but I am SO thankful that I found Dr. Tayfur!! Everyone in the office was sweet, polite, and very caring. I had a great rhinoplasty experience !

He is a kind and caring doctor. His consultation was very thorough and informative. It was a big decision for me. I had a wonderful experience. I am glad I made the right choice. I highly recommend Dr. Ayalp.
