After my consultation with dr Arcerrito his staff was supposed to send a referral to my insurance for surgery to remove my melanoma. I called several times over the next three weeks only to be told to call my insurance after doing just that I found his office had NEVER sent a referral request. I'm unspeakably disappointed with his staff and I had to have my pcp to call to get any Information for me it was a horrible experience and now I have to have my surgery on my daughters 7th birthday because they put it off for so long when I should have had this surgery weeks ago! I was so frustrated with this I often cried because I was refused answers or any explanation.
