High staff turnover and a culture of blaming staff for how poorly the office runs. Expect to be placed on long holds for 10-20 minutes right away every single time you call. You can't cancel online. You can't even leave a voicemail which is unacceptable. This would help with the phones ringing off the hook constantly. No empathy from the dismissive business manager who blamed the patients. The owner (the doctors husband) was too busy to speak with me. I liked the doctor but don't expect any empathy even if you've been coming here for years. My wife and I will find a doctor who cares about us who owns an answering machine.

Most caring and knowledgeable doctor I ever had so sad that she has left Fort Walton.
