Excellent information, but when asked if I wanted tests beyond what medicare covered, I was not informed how much the extra tests would cost out of pocket. I was told something like $29, but I ended up being charged $172. One of the itemized charges was $69.00 for a prescription, which Dr. Martin said I didn't really need. It was for night driving, which is still a very minor issue, and the correction was options. I should have been informed that just writing an optional prescription was $69!!!!
