Dr. Jeanie Kaufman is horrible at her job. She treated me like trash.

Dr. Jeanie Kaufman scares and threatens children. I sincerely think she won't let the parents go back in the room because she doesn't want them to know what she is doing. She is late to her appointments and complains the whole time she is there. I don't know why she is a dentist, but a child dentist is honestly a travesty. She has to ask her husband for help most of the time because she can't do something as simple as pull a child's tooth. She yells, slams drawers, swears and stomps her feet like a child. She is a very unprofessional person and I hope people figure out that they absolutely should not take their children there. I wish I could reach out to each person- please take this warning seriously!!

First off I don’t know how this woman got her dental license!! My grandson went to the dentist with a horrible toothache...Jeanie told my daughter I don’t know why he’s up crying all night his tooth isn’t even bad...... Her X-ray girl did xrays but said she had a hard time doing it so I don’t even think she did them because my son 2 days later develops a abscess his whole face was swelled so bad he ended up in the hospital with iv antibiotics ..... My grandson gets released and told to go back to her to get his tooth pulled , she tells me why didn’t you call me and tell me .... First off we called when this happened and her office said she wasn’t in and I told them it was a emergency that I would have to see someone else!!! first off why didn’t you catch the abscess in his mouth???? She was so rude to me!! She wouldn’t let my daughter back with her son. , when she was done My daughter goes in there and her son started balling when he seen her and she got allllllll pissed off yelling at him for crying!!!! Then they left and her son told her she was covering his mouth yelling at him to stop crying !!!! This lady is sooooooo lucky I wasn’t with my daughter....... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!!!!!!!!!

12/16/2014 First to Review We had a horrible experience here with Jeanie Kaufman. She was rude and very unprofessional. My 4 year old was nervous to begin with and she has pretty much traumatized him to the point he will never be comfortable going to the dentist again. She yelled at him to stop crying because she didn't like cryers, didn't try to explain what she was doing before doing it and made me leave the room because he wasn't being cooperative and needed to deal with the consequence she said. I could hear him crying all the way out in the lobby and eventually made my way back without her seeing me. I stood outside the room listening to her yell at my son while my other two children stood there with me in shock. I walked back in and she immediately tried to change her tone but I told her I had been standing there and heard everything she said to my son and how she said it. She looked like a deer caught in headlights and then yelled at me and my other two kids to leave because he wasn't going to cooperate with us there and asked if we just wanted to stand there and watch him sit and do nothing.At this point my daughter got upset and told her we were not leaving him there alone and Jeanie got up and walked out of the room. I grabbed my son and we left. Someone in her position should be compassionate, caring and patient when working with young children, she was non of the above. I'm appalled at the way she treated us and will not be bringing my kids back! My other two children asked to not go back either because of how their little brother had been treated.

Jeanie is the WORST person i have ever met!I will NEVER be coming back to see her. Hopefully her karma comes around , she is an AWFUL person.
