Staff incompetent. First question was "what type of insurance do I have? After some discussion, they said he accepted my Humana HMO with Medicare but called the day before to say they don't and were cancelling. I am new t the area and had a silent heart attack according to the ER so had no GP as a referral. Looks like he care more for money than patient care even though I could have been a self pay or referred by him to other doctors in his facility. If there was a rating lower than Very poor I would have given that. I still have a heart problem now with no where to go!
