I think Dr. Tenbrook is an excellent on the very best Orthodontist in South Jersey probably the whole state of N.J. He is extremely caring to children’s needs and always explains the situation about what needs to be done he takes his time with patients and you are never rushed . I very highly recommend Dr.Tenbrook He is the Very Best !!!!!!!!

At the time of my treatment with Tenbrook (around 2001), they touted their evening hours and ease of appointment-making in advertisements. Still, because I knew I would be living out of state for graduate school and returning home infrequently, I expressed my concerns about appointment availability before contracting for treatment. "Don't worry, don't worry- we'll get you in here." Their story changed pretty quickly after they were already paid thousands of dollars. I had trouble getting an appointment on a few visits home and there was no evening availability whatsoever for weeks in advance. I pointed out to the office manager in Washington Twp. that they had bragged about and strongly advertised their evening appointments. The manager actually had the gall to suggest that it was only out of their significant generosity that evening appointments even existed. I pointed out that appointments which were not available to me were of no help. She got a bit hostile- it was weird. Flash forward to removal of the braces. I requested a retainer for my lower teeth in order to prevent relapse of cross bite. "No, noooo," said the "Harvard-trained" dentist (he really thinks the Harvard thing is a big deal and sufficient criteria for awesomeness irrespective of actual service). He was adamant I did not need a lower retainer. 10 years later, multiple orthodontists think my teeth would be in a better place if Harvard yard had listened to me, a person with no orthodontic treatment. Finally, they recently were unwilling to remove bonding left on my teeth from a wire retainer they had installed (the wire had loosened and naturally removed itself) without charging an office visit fee of $95. Really? You can't use your tool to remove some bonding from my teeth that YOU left behind following receipt of 1000s of dollars without a crazy fee? Sure sounds greed centered instead of patient centered.

This office is great...when reading reviews..educate yourself...orthodontics requires a lot of compliance....things that can happen..if you miss appts ur treatment will b longer...if u don't wear elastics, headgear or other bite modifiers ur treatment may need to be reevaluated.. You pay for the treatment as a whole...so if you miss appts or are non compliant..u still owe the money..if u break a lot of braces this could prolong treatment and costs...not wearing retainers and teeth will move and could mean u have to pay for new retainers...I deal with lots of dental offices and there are standard procedures..this is a office that is on top of everything in the field...highly recommend..

I truly think that Tenbrook Orthodontics is the best orthodontist around. i went to their Millville and Galloway offices for my appointments. I have had wonderful experiences here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. TenBrook always been taken a good care of me. I got new T-Clear Braces. they are the best! Really! my teeth are almost straight and i had braces on little bit more than 2 months. Their offices are always clean and welcoming. Doctor and staff will make sure that all your needs will be taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. TenBrook to others! Plus TenBrook Braces rock!!! Its the fastest braces in a world! Most people II know get them off in a year! Me next! can hardly wait to see my new beautiful smile!

I went to Dr. Tenbrook as a child for braces, so my experiences are memories of when I was about 11 years old. The staff were always friendly, but I used to have breathing troubles. You know when the orthodontist puts a few different things in your mouth and tells you to breathe through your nose? Well I couldn't. I tried to indicate I couldn't breathe, but it's nearly impossible to when two people are working on your mouth. They finally realized I couldn't breathe when I threw up on them. After that it was better. He also pulled some teeth to make them come in faster so they could move along with the braces. It didn't work, took a year for my teeth to come in. Can't say he's super or terrible, I give him a solid "meh"

Office repeatedly ignored complaints of severe mouth, ear, and throat pain as well as swelling of the face and neck. Options for treatment plans were given, but later revoked by doctor. Thousands paid in monthly payments to doctor while no treatment was being supplied. Paid for services that were ultimately never provided by doctor. Office does not care about their patients, only about getting paid, even for services they are not bothering to provide. Questions about options and care are seen by this office as rude and will result in dismissal from the office with no refunds, even when thousands are paid and no service provided. Avoid this office if you possibly can or you may be sorry later.
