I received the treatment in August of 2025. I had (and still have) 5 herniated discs along with annular tears. Their pharmaceutical sales rep lady (Brittany) said I was an ideal candidate and that I would be up in no time back to regular activities after the procedure. This could be nothing further from the truth. I had Discseel on 4 levels and exosomes on 2 levels at their Dallas facility by one of Pauza’s “instructors”, Dr. Toby. I was in extreme pain immediately after the procedure and could barely move and continued to be in pain long after. No Dr checked on me after. They also only give you a few days of pain meds after the procedure, but it took them 5 days after a refill request to get it refilled (they also don’t ask for any identifying info during this process). Despite them advertising to be a concierge-level service, I only received one follow-up post-op and only after I escalated the issue. During the following months, I repeatedly asked to speak to a doctor or supervisor and to get a MRI referral up until January because of the pain I was dealing with (and there was also pain in new areas). These requests were ignored. Because of this I posted a YouTube video review about my experiences with Pauza’s staff and expressing my frustrations and continued pain. Within 2 days of posting it, Dr Pauza himself contacted me. He refused to address any of his staff’s issues but did offer an additional exosome treatment. In February 2026, I had a single injection of exosomes. Just a few hours after the procedure, Pauza calls me accusing me of having a video online slandering him and proceeded to insinuate I was an opiate addict (I recorded this and posted it on YouTube). After midnight the same day, Pauza texts me (see attached) repeating the opiate addiction accusation, and then proceeded to diagnose me with abnormal behaviors, such as manipulative behavior, passive-aggressive behavior, and others. Not only was this completely unprofessional (I personally believe it to be unethical too), but my latest MRI in April reveals (based on my own observations) little to no change. The changes seem to indicate that my L5-S1 has shrunk more. The 5 bulges are still there and the same size. No discs have regained any height. For me personally, this was a horrific and costly experience. I would never let Pauza put his hands on me again.

My wife had the disc Seel procedure Dr Pauza offers for $20,000 and she had No improvement. Another friend had it done a week from her and he had No improvement too. I do not recommend this procedure this doctor performs.

Nice guy. He is passionate and knowledgeable. I don’t think this is some scam, BUT-$14K and the procedure did absolutely nothing for me. Go in with eyes wide open.

Dr. Pauza’s Disceel procedure on my back was a joke. $14,00” dollars down the drain for injections that did not help me one bit! Pay very close attention to the fact he is not FDA approved. I wish I had. If he’s that concerned about his patients there should be some form of retribution to the patients who believed in this procedure who had no success except for a gaping hole in their savings account while his coffers increased.

It's been 2.5 years since I had the Discseel procedure done by Dr Pauza. I want to say it's changed my life. I couldn't even walk my dog without severe sciatica. I had two herniated disks and some numbness that ran all the way to my foot (that's still there). The pain though from the sciatica, was really bad. I just stumbled across this procedure online - had to be inspired to find this. The healing took about 3-4 months after the procedure, but I now can do anything I want, including pickleball, golf, motorcycle riding- anything! I am so grateful every day for Dr Pauza and his procedure.

My experience was great. I had the Discseel Procedure in March of 2020 and did great. I read some of the comments here. The procedure was not $24,000. It was around $14,000 give or take some. Well worth it compared to costs associated with spine fusion, IMO. Also, they provided me with their data that was pending publication. If I recall correctly, it had about 300 patients in the study and the successes far outweighed all other regenerative disc procedures. And compared to spine surgery, the consideration to get better was well above spine fusion success rates. I had great interaction with the staff. Google had a lot of positive reviews so for those in this thread looking for more insight on the doctor, check out google.

After reading up on this amazing procedure, my anxiety and depression about having to get surgery for my cervical spinal stenosis started to subside. I felt like there could be hope for an alternative after-all. However, now that I see that insurance doesn't cover it and it costs roughly $24K plus, I'm back at zero. I can't afford this but need it so desperately. Does anyone know if there are any ways around this or any other alternatives? Praying there is hope.
