Judgemental, discouraging, and not helpful in the slightest. To tell your patient that they are doing something wrong when they have done all that you have asked them to is nonprofessional. Also, your nurse is judgmental and nosey and talks too much, it’s no surprise that her name is Karen. I’m not surprised that your clinic is closing down—good riddance.
