I dont understand how there are any bad reviews for this women. She is a breath of fresh air. I’ve been to her office twice once at 11 years old and the other in my 20s. I hate the dentist which is obviously demonstrated in my need to see her twice. I know had my past dentists been anything like her, I would have never needed her service to begin with. Compassionate, relatable, and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend or praise her enough.

Dr. Tanu Reddi - very professional and Great personality

Dr. Tanu Reddi and her staff were the best ever! Very professional, kind, explained the root canal procedure step by step! I had NO PAIN NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER! I would recommend Dr. Reddi to anyone who wants a great experience with an excellent staff.

Most horrible experience ever! As soon as you walk in you see rude signs about cell phones, leaving children unattended etc ( there are polite ways to say these things).. The first words out of her mouth were about her personal life and then something about the fact that my daughter will never be able to buy a drink ( because she looks so young). I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she proceeded to prove how unprofessional she is. She went off on a rant about why her previous doctor would you recommend a Panoramic X-Ray. I had asked her receptionist several times on the phone if they needed my daughter's previous x-ray and information and she consistently told me no..that they would do their own. Once they did their x-ray, she determined that she had an infection and so she would not do the root canal... And then proceeded to state that the antibiotic my daughter had started taking is not a good one. If they had let me forward my daughter's information to them before the visit, they would have known what was going on with her!! My daughter drove home almost 2 hours from school and then we drove an hour from our house to get to this appointment! When Dr. Reddi started talking about alternate days to see my daughter and my daughter and I started talking amongst ourselves about how this would be difficult, she said, " I don't care about distance,.. how far you have to travel etc... I have a reputation to uphold and I I'm going to do this the right way!" When we looked at the calendar together, and I started questioning dates and asking questions, she told me to" Calm down!!!" Every time I opened my mouth, just say anything.. she would either ignore me and keep on talking or tell me to let her finish!!!! Unbelievable!!! I am surprised that I held my tongue as well as I did... Because I really wanted to scream! she also told me at one point that she dropped everything to help my daughter!! She dropped everything??!!! My daughter had an appointment!! ...isn't that what you are supposed to do ???!!!! Also, the office does not take credit cards and they make you pay before your procedure has been done!! Since I only had one check with me, I couldn't write them a check for the office visit that they ultimately charged me because I had already written a check for the root canal. The receptionist could not give me a refund at the time and asked if I wanted to go get cash out instead so that there was no chance that the refund check would get lost in the mail!! When I told her no, I was not leaving to go get cash, she said that she would that have to send the refund to me. I asked if I could just get my check back and they could bill me for the office visit and I would send it in, and she told me, " we don't do that!" My daughter and I left there so annoyed! A few days later, my daughter asked if we could just go back because I couldn't find anybody else ( with our insurance) if she has been suffering with this for a long time and just wanted it done. When I called back, the receptionist immediately said that she didn't think the doctor had time for Kendra, even though when we left, the doctor said she would keep a spot open for her! Then after receptionist left the phone to go talk to the doctor, she then came back and told me, that the doctor had a death in the family and probably wouldn't be there! While I am sorry.. if that was true... I seriously question this! Regardless.. this was absolutely the most horrible experience that I have ever had at a Dr's office!!!! This is also the first review I have ever written!!! This is how strongly I feel about the unprofessionalism of this place!

Lousy parking. The office was an eyesore. Unprofessional staff. Rude staff. The big woman that sat at the front desk was someone that I didn't want to deal with. Caught a glimpse of the doctor, and needless to say, I walked out of the office with a sigh of relief. First impressions are everything ! Decided to to go to All County Endodontics !

I just left Dr Reddi’s office tonight after having a root canal and I MUST say she is the most caring and compassionate Doctor I have ever known, Dr Reddi went above and beyond her duties tonight staying 3hrs over her office hours to help another patient along with myself! I highly recommend Dr Reddi to anyone looking for a Doctor that truly cares for her patients. Thank you Dr Reddi !!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Reddi. My first root canal with her was an emergency visit. It was two days before Thanksgiving, I was in terrible pain, but the receptionist squeezed me in and my root canal was done. When I was told I needed another root canal, I did not hesitate to call Dr. Reddi's office for an appointment. This procedure was more complicated than the first, but Dr. Reddi said she would do everything she could to save the tooth, and she did! I am very happy with the work she has done and would recommend her to others. Her staff is very nice, the office is recently renovated, clean and welcoming.

I came in for an emergency Root Canal and I'm soooo beyond pleased she was able to fit me in to her schedule at the last min. I was very frightened at first and Dr. Reddi was so calming and thorough with explaining how everything would take place during treatment and what to expect after. Her staff was also very welcoming. Hopefully I'll never need a root canal again haha but if so I'd would definitely return to Dr.Reddi, I highly recommend her!!

I had a root canal done a couple of years ago by Dr Reddy. This month I needed another root canal done on another tooth so I absolutely chose Dr Reddy again because of the wonderful experiece I had with her on my first visit. She is the ultimate professional as well as a caring and compassionate human being. Always explains what needs to be done and answers any questions you have. The girls in her office are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her - she is amazing! Vincent

I arrived late after informing staff I was running a little. Even with my tardiness I was seen immediately. From the 1st visit to this visit Dr. Reddi was friendly and educational. Dr Reddi explained what was going on with me and proceeded to what needed to be done. All the while talking to you making sure you're ok. Xrays were taken to make sure everything was taken care of. Dr. Reddi wasn't satisfied and undid her work because of her high standards. I appreciated her even more for having such high standards. Because in the long run I could have still had some problems, but since she is who she is. I'min no more pain. Thank you Dr. Reddi. She is AWESOME
