Dr. Lazos is incredible. So knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Also has the most amazing staff. Wait time is as expected. I've never waited less than a half hour in any doctor's office. The only difference here is that he is worth the wait.

Dr Lazos took the time to explain the issue. Although the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked, I was very satisfied with Dr Lazos himself.

Staff called to tell me my insurance would pay for orthotics. Went in to get casting made. Picked up orthotics & 2 months later received a bill. Seems office never called my insurance company, the insurance company gives authorization numbers, nothing o record. We even made our family deductible & his office wanted the office visit co-pays. Doctor's office lied to me about the authorization number (it's the birthdate they said). However, b/c patients sign a paper that says patients will pay what insurance does not, the office staff has no reason to actually do their jobs. So they don't. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone b/c patients will have to deal with the office staff at every step: making an appointment, making a follow-up, scheduling, and patient cost.
