Unprofessional, dirty and was extremely rude! Would not recommend him to anyone.

I walk with a cane. He is unprofessional, unethical, unkempt in appearance. His evaluations are way off. Full of lies. Talks nonsense. I was so uncomfortable, I was more than ready to leave and go home. His behavior is terrible and terrifying. Filthy and smells awful. Very erratic behavior. I was injured in an​ MVA and he saw no pain in my face. Really?

I accompanied a fri d for disability evaluation. From the first moment things seemed odd. First thing from him was, you don't have to be here,etc. I said we requested through SS disability. He seem emotional off. Further his license was expired. He had one of his consultations converted to a chocolate/ fudge operation for his relate business next door. This alone was troublesome. Probably not legally liscenced. He made many odd comments to me. I was very uncomfortable. He jokingly referred to his granddaughter ( the one making chocolate) as his slave labour /chicilatier.

His office and appearance dirty. His report has too many lies in it. For example, I came with a friend who took me there in a wheelchair and his report said I came alone. I had pain in my ankles and knees and his report say no pain on my facial expression. I was in a wheelchair. Even a kid knows that when sitting down. Too many bad things about him. I wish he gets the same treatments he treats his patient when he die.

He appeared very unprofessional in rumpled hair and clothing. His evalutation was very off and had errors in it.
