Ratings for Dr. Raquel B. Dardik
She did NOT do the test I had specifically requested, and tested something unrelated. Even though I was paying out of pocket completely, when I called them back they still refused to do the test and and said I would have to pay a full visit again instead of correcting their mistake. I guess this strategy is fine if they are milking the insurance company with multiple visits, but NOT ok in my case. Never going back.
When I first met Dr. Dardik, she seemed in a rush. When I told her I wanted to get off the pill because I was concerned about my mother's history of breast cancer. She said there was no proof there was a link. I asked about the IUD, she asked me to make appointment to discuss. When I had the procedure for the IUD insertion, she warned me that it would feel like horrible cramps. It was beyond excruciating. I've never had a child and she did not provide any local anesthetic. I was screaming from pain and she kept telling me to stop squirming. However she offered tissue to dry my tears. She reluctantly brought a nurse in and and sarcastically told her I needed moral support. Once the procedure was over, she left and the nurse came in to check. Begged for pain medication and she gave me one from her personal stash. The doctor never returned and the nurse nudged me out of the room after 20 minutes. I was not prescribed pain medication afterwards.
This was my first visit to Dr. Dardik for a GYN visit. She spent a quite a while with me, answering addressing all my concerns and questions. I found her to be professional, very nice, and felt extremely comfortable. We discussed my options and a treatment plan. Would highly recommend!
I just had my first visit with Dr. Dardik. She is an awesome and caring doctor. Unfortunately that does not make of for the rudness and arrogance of her office staff. Dr. Dardik please find another office to work at. This staff will continue to lose you your patients at fast rate.
I have been a patient of Dr. Dardik's for over 6 years, and followed her when she left the Wayne office to start her own practice. I had just become pregnant with my 2nd child after 4 years of trying and at my first prenatal appointment she told me she was leaving. It was a 45 minute ride to her office and just a bit further to the hospital, but I knew I had to go with her. You will not find a more personal, caring or professional doctor, and I'm sooo surprised others had a different experience. We stayed with her when we had our 3rd baby last September, and now that I'm not pregnant I miss her! She is truly one-of-a-kind, I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to care for me or my unborn babies!
LOVE LOVE LOVE her! I had to switch to her practice at 30 weeks of pregnancy-my prior doctor moved to another state! She delivered my baby in the most compassionate manner. I am shocked that anyone gave her a less than perfect rating! I have recommended 3 friends and everyone loves her just as much as I do!
