Biography
Manisha Patel, DO is board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Patel graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, and completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology from St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Patel went on to complete her fellowship at the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Patel's clinical interests include the general care for obstetrics and gynecology with great attention to establishing long-standing relationships with her patients to promote continuity of care in the changing field of medicine. She promotes wellness and health through general gynecologic care from adolescence through reproductive age and into menopause. This care focuses on education and counseling of maintenance health screenings, contraceptives, preconception and fertility counseling, hormone and alternative options for menopausal problems and includes the full spectrum of obstetrical management and delivery expertise. Dr. Patel's clinical mission is to deliver intelligent, meaningful obstetrical and gynecological care in a safe, trusting and respectful manner for all her patients and the next generation that comes.
