Ratings for Dr. Anita M. Bodrogi
Dr. Bodrogi is great. The only complaint I would have is that the phone system is very poor. You always need to leave a message which is not bad in and of itself but the response time can be terribly slow. The waiting room time can also be long but that is difficult for the Dr. to control as you never knows in advance what issues will need to be discussed when she sees the patient.
First off, the problem that I have with this office is not the doctor. The shortest amount of time I have spent in the waiting room is 45 minutes. It usually takes close to 2 hours from the time you enter to the time you leave. It is also very frustrating that when you call you MUST leave a voice mail. They do not answer the phone. They are usually pretty good about calling back, but it would still be nice to be able to talk to someone when you need to. There were also 4 sanitizer dispensers on the walls, all of them empty. I brought this up to the nurse and she was already aware of it, and seemed like she couldn't care less. Would not recommend this office.
I love Dr. Bodrogi but have an awful problem with her head office manager. She doesn't know how to do her job, always losing info then saying you didn't bring it in. She doesn't know how to do billing and refuses to fix any issues that have arisen due to her mistakes. The only other issue I have with the office is they do not answer their phones, you have to leave a message and hope to get a call back. Not a very good tactic for a doctors office. Find a new office manager or teach this one how to do her job, answer the phones and this would be a wonderful Doctors office.
