Dr. Chapin is very condescending. I went for a consultation and he didn't like me asking questions regarding the risks of the procedure. He thinks it's his way or the high way.

After having twins my body was just not the same no matter how much I worked out or altered my diet. I spoke to several surgeons about non-invasive options and that is when I finally realized that my body was in the best shape it could be post pregnancy and any further improvements were only going to become a reality through a surgical procedure. I never in my life thought of myself as plastic surgery candidate because I associated plastic surgery with outrageous transformations of celebrities that I have seen on TV. My main concern was retaining a very natural look and to not look fake in anyway. I saw 3 doctors for consultations and soon as I met Dr. Chapin I knew he was the right surgeon for me. He is a very down to earth man who prides himself on improving his patient’s appearance in an extremely elegant way that does not look “done.” The care I received from the entire staff including the receptionist, nurses, coordinator and surgeon was excellent. I had a mommy makeover procedure that included a breast lift with breast implants, tummy tuck and liposuction. My results far exceeded my expectations and I still cannot believe that this is my new body. Even my husband who was not in favor of me having any procedures performed from the beginning has finally admitted that my results are outstanding. This was a life changing procedure that has increased my confidence and body image. I would recommend Dr. Chapin to anyone seeking cosmetic treatments.

Chapin performed my rhinoplasty, and the results were better than I could have hoped! He really is an artist. He didn't give me a teeny tiny nose. He refined it and really gave it a great shape that fits my face. Nobody even knows I had a nosejob... but the difference is definitely there, and I have more confidence than ever now. It's amazing to not even think about my nose anymore. No more avoiding getting my picture taken, etc.

I had saved up for 20 years for a rhinoplasty. When dr Chaplin was done, my nose looked worse than before. He shattered one side of my nose and now my nose is crooked. Every time I see myself in a photo, I want to cry. I tried to hire a lawyer, but she said I had to be horribly disfigured before she consider a lawsuit.

That just reinforced my knowlegde that I'd put myself in the hands of not only a great doctor, but one who cared about what was best for his patient (and her pocketbook). After my procedure, Dr Chapin personally called me several times to check on my comfort level and recovery during the first week. He encouraged me to call his cell phone if I had any questions or experienced and problems. I had a number of follow-up visits during the 3 month period after my procedure and each time he took the time to listen and answer my questions. I never felt rushed or like he just wanted to get to the next patient. I am very happy with the results!

I went to 3 other doctors before seeing Dr. Chapin and none of them compared to the experience i had at Chapin Aesthetics. Dr. Chapin spent time with me explaining the process of the procedure and really made me feel comfortable. My cousin recieved a Rhinoplasty from him years earlier and the results were great. I am so pleased with the results already and its only been a month since my procedure. The staff was excellent in working around my schedule and the atmosphere of Chapin Aesthetics is calming and professional. I traveled two and half hours to get my procedure done at Chapin Aesthetics and it was well worth it.

The nurses Kate and Lori are great. There was not a question or call that they did not respond to with the utmost knowledge and professionalism. They were very informative from the procedure instructions and what would happen pre-op and post-op. I am beyond excited with the results.

I am overly joyed with my results from my breast augmentation, done by Dr. Chapin. He was nothing but kind, concerned with what I wanted and he made me one-hundred percent comfortable though out the whole process. The staff was very nice and welcoming. In 2007 I visited Dr Chapin and his staff, to see if I would be a candidate for a facelift. I felt that at the age of 55, my appearance no longer matched how I felt. I looked tired and old but, felt young at heart! After my consultation Dr Chapin assured me that he could help. We decided on an eye lift,chemical peel,and a face lift. I was relaxed and confident with that decision. I am very pleased with the results of my procedure. Now I have a smoother, more youthful appearance, without changing the facial attributes of my youth. Even now at the age of 60, I am complimented on my looks. It is a great feeling to be attractive, again !!!

I had both abdominoplasty and breast augmentation replacement surgery. I had lost over 80 pounds, and I was not happy with the saline implants I had received by a different doctor a year ago. I specifically went to see Dr. Chapin in regards to the abdominoplasty, but decided to do both surgeries after a couple of consultations. I cannot express enough how comfortable I felt with Dr. Chapin. His "bedside manners" are impeccable, and I never once felt he spoke condescendingly when I asked him about things I didn't know. On the contrary, he and his staff were very patient, kind, and caring during the entire pre and post surgery visits. I highly recommend his practice!
