One of the best Doctors in Fort Smith, AR. She was my Father's Doctor and saved his life, giving him many more years with his family. She would be my Doctor if she were taking new patients and if she could stand my rotten personality and what I consider a "sense of humor" that no one but me and my wife understand. If the wait in her office is extended, it is because she is a very good Doctor and has many, many patients that know that.

Wait time is consistently over an hour. When I complained, the response was 'That is just how she works'; and 'If being on time is important to you, then you should see another doctor.' Amen! Her office sends appointment letters saying they will not see me if I am 10 minutes late however she is over an hour late at every appointment. I can easily see another doctor and will.

She is never on time for her appointments. She makes you wait forever and then she rushes through everything. No,she really doesn't care about her patients. She diagnosed me with hypothyroid without doing the appropriate tests to verify it and I had never experienced any of the symptoms of hypothyroid. She then put me on medication that made experience trouble swallowing, extreme mental foggyness, memory loss, sleeping all the time, and headaches.I took this medication for a month before I stopped. After about 5 months of being off the medication I went back to her because apparently it is dangerous to leave your thyroid unregulated, all she ever told me was that I might gain weight. She did another blood test that showed that my thyroid levels were completely normal, off the medicine, and still told me that I was hypothyroid and prescribed me another medication that made me feel even worse.I had to go to another doctor to tell me the truth about the blood tests and I'm not hypothyroid.

Average wait time is over an hour. Punctuality is a habitual problem.

She is never on time. I end up waiting at least 1 1/2 to 3 hours on an appointment everytime I go to her. She doesn't care about the patients that have problems she only cares about the ones that are getting Botox or some other crap to make them look better. If you go in to her with a blood clot in your leg, she will never even look at your leg, she just feels it on the outside of your jeans and say's I don't feel anything. Take an Ibuprofen and it will get better. WRONG it was a blood clot that ended up causing a heart attack. She didn't even try to run any test at all.
