Dr. Wilkerson is wonderful; intelligent, professional and personable. She makes sure you understand what she is doing and she is determined to make it right. The techs are wonderful as well. Sadly however, the office staff is horrible. They are very inept, lazy, rude and backward....and in inordinate abundance behind the counter. Make sure you know your policy rules and regulations beforehand and check on dates and details yourself and not rely on the staff. Dr.Wilkerson surely didn't hire these dolts.
