I purchased a prescription & glasses from Dr. Huttenhoff, who was awesome –I noticed immediately that I could not read with my prescription but was busy —when I called to ask Kathy if she could check to see if the prescription on my glasses was correct but she said it was to late ( 3 months)and I’d have to pay for an appointment (I asked her to simply check if I got what I paid for!!!!)— I decided to wait for my VSP time to get my check-up—and I used reading glasses along with my prescription glasses. So it looks like the prescription was probably fine BUT the glasses were to short and cut off the progressives—I went to 2 opticians who concurred these frames should not have been sold to me!!!! – and I cannot reuse the frames !!!! I doubt this is the doctors policy but the staff who were so awful
