Really poor listening skills. Talks over you consistently, doesn't treat the individual person he is seeing. His bedside manner is lacking in that he tells you his thoughts bluntly, or his opinion on a matter, and leaves little room for discussion. I can see how he rubs a lot of people the wrong way. The comment that said it is like 50 first dates is correct, as well, meaning he doesn't remember you, or to seem to really know your medical history before meeting you, constantly have to refresh his memory on prior visits and PMH.

I have been going to Dr.Kanyinda since he first opened this office. I have several serious conditions and see other specialists. He is the only one I trust and feel really cares. I don't understand these negative reviews on his staff I've always been treated like family there.

If you get someone on the phone. Big if. Don't expect any special treatment if your suffering. Your regularly told to go to a walk in clinic. Staff clearly hates working there. Dr can be very nasty. It's like 50 first dates ever time I go there, he remembers nothing!! Looking for a new Dr ASAP

Dr. Kanyinda needs customer service trainings immediately. This was the worst appointment I ever had. He basically told me I gained weight over the last year and it had nothing to do with the fact I had a baby less than two months ago. I left his office upset,offended, and embarrassed. I will not return to this practice.

I had Dr. for 11 and a half year and would have stayed with him if he did move. He always showed care about your health.

No bedside manner, makes you feel inferior, front desk receptionist is miserable, just a horrible, horrible dr.

Dr. Kanyinda is kind and knowledgeable. He actually LISTENS and takes his time. So glad I was referred by my now retired pcp.

Dr.Mpoy is one of the best Dr's in the world. He treated me for a very serious virus and cured me of it. During my treatment he was caring, kind, and attentive. My husband and I called him our coach. When we speak of him we say we were touched by an angel.

dr. mpoy fails to get to the bottom of his patients problems and does not treat symtoms of patients that is right in front of his eyes. I do not know how he got a medical degree
