Terrible interpersonal skills: spent most of visit trying to convince my 81 yr old visit to get back surgery after her Orthopedic doctor told her she shouldn't (this was first visit); his clinical skills suck, and he put her on a medication that he didn't explain anything to her or the pharmacist about (like not taking it at night-she ended up with insomnia and delirium); and she was having heart symptoms because he NEGLECTED to prescribe her potassium to go along with the diuretic he put her on. When confronted he was more interested in being defensive than anything to do with actual compassion or caring for the patient, or admitting he made a mistake.. Seeing he has most of his patients on the same medication it was a terrible oversight and it could have made my mom even more ill (she went in to the Emergency Room within a week of seeing Dr Genebach and he wouldn't accommodate her to come in- good thing or we wouldn't have found out about her low potassium).

Didn't visit my husband in the hospital. Didn't follow through with meds prescribed by hospital drs. even though he was kept informed and consulted. He had to ask why my husband was in his office although hospital set up the appointment. My impression: My husband was just a number to Dr. Genebach.

Refuses to work with family in regard to an Elderly patient - doesn't listen, doesn't follow-up, takes advantage of their age! Will not use him ever again.
