My opinion on Todd is that he and his business, Raleigh Radiology, and a bunch of lying thieves that will overcharge you and then refuse to refund you even after admitting to the "mistake". Do not trust him or anyone at Raleigh Radiology.

Dr. Roth is a caring, careful doctor. He spent a lot of time going over my mammogram and found an early stage breast cancer which was not easy to find. He quickly arranged for me to go to an excellent breast care center for a biopsy which was positive. I have dealt with five different radiologists at Raleigh Radiology and I've been impressed with all of them. They have all been very professional and caring.
