Not responsive...whatsoever. I needed to have back surgery and wanted a second option and was referred to Dr. Masson as “one of the best” and started reaching out December 2020. After 5 separate reach outs through March 2021 via his website and emails as well, I never once heard back. I even received the auto-reply stating “THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUBMISSION. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR A RESPONSE.” each time; yet still, not a peep. What horrible customer service.

Just 6 weeks out from a spinal fusion and feel amazing. Thank you to Dr Masson and your wonderful staff who stood by me for over a year to have my surgery approved by ins. My sciatica was gone the moment I got out of surgery. Thank you, now I have my life back!!

I only saw the doctor once before surgery and never again. His staff is beyond horrible. Ever single department from scheduling, front office, billing they are rude and clueless. The only person that is helpful in that office is Stephanie Florez.
