I wish I could give a 0 too. The office equipment was dusty and dirty. She was not helpful and told me to come back in a few weeks. had an appointment and upon my arrival, they told me it would be at least 2 hour wait! This after driving from Greenwich to New Haven on Christmas Eve Eve! Total disregard of patient time. I told them they could have called me and told me they were more than two hours behind. They didn't even care!
