Dr Waring is what I would call a great psychiatrist. She does not tell you what you think or should do but guides you with questions to find your answers. I have been to others that tell you what to do and what you are thinking and never cared for them. I have always felt the only true way to receive professional help is with someone who has the ability to guide and not play God. Her questions are so subtle that you don't even realize you are heading toward an epiphany until you are there. I could no recommend her more highly.
