Dr. Frank cares about his patients. I think sometimes he diagnoses too rashly, too quickly, but he means well. He needs to remember that he sees patients in crisis, though, and that a diagnosis that might be true in crisis isn't necessarily a long-term diagnosis. He also needs to be honest with his patients, instead of hiding things from them that might help them understand themselves, or telling them one thing, and writing another in their chart, especially when they have an outside therapist, and that person is going to tell them what he said anyway. Still, he means well, and is generally good at calming down a crisis situation.

I was lucky to have Dr. Frank while inpatient at Emerson Hospital. He addressed my issues in the way I needed, and assisted me back on the path to wellness. He was caring and patient. The entire program at Emerson is top notch and different from other mental health units. Emerson's lucky to have Dr. Frank and he's lucky to be there.
