Dr Keys and his staff have been GREAT with me. They all have been very professional. They treat me and my husband very well, actually they make us feel like family. I am the patient, but Dr Keys always includes my husband in on everything and he listens to my husband and his concerns as well as mine. I have a rare disease that I have been battling for over 10 years and I have been to over 50 doctors, hospitals, clinics etc in tge past 10 years. In the last 4 years I developed open wounds on the bottom of my feet and no one could tell me why or get them to heal (we tried everything). In September of 2015 I was admitted to Bixby Medical Center with infection that had went to my blood stream and to the bone in my foot. They called Dr Keys in to treat me. He was great, I came home with Home Health Nurses and a picc line in my arm to my heart to administer the antibiotics. I kept seeing Dr Keys and doing what he said, he did a bone and tissue biopsy, then he did surgery on my foot and took out a big portion of my bone in my foot plus a frozen joint. I seen him every Monday and at my 6 week check up the wounds on the bottom of my foot had completely healed, as matter of fact it was so soft and smooth you couldn't even tell that I had ever even had a wound there. First time it had been healed in over 4 years. Needless to say I was very happy. Dr Keys did what all those other doctors couldn't do. All because he truly cares about his patients, he listened to me, and he believed me and what I was telling him. Thank you so much Dr Keys! I will continue to go to him and I recommend him to everyone. He is the best and he truly cares!! I am one very satisfied patient!!!

I find the above comment incorrect and appears to be from an upset patient that didn't get her way. Dr. Keys and his staff have been nothing but professional for the last 22 years that I have been seeing him. It is sad when a person/patient reaches out to slander another in this form. I doubt any of the above things mentioned were true. My family and most of my friends and neighbors see Dr. Keys and have never experianced any form of unprofessionalism. How sad it is that you would say this about Dr. Keys or his staff. Shame on you!!

Dr. Keys is an excellent surgeon however, he condones the disrespectful behavior to his patients and staff by his office manager. I left today disillusioned. His office manager was rude on two occasions. I said nothing during that visit because she was directing her rudeness at the staff (which I now regret because it was extremely unprofessional). I spoke up on this one when the behavior was directed at me. The disillusionment came as I was leaving. Dr. Keys and his office manager were flirting! This sent the message that he condones her behavior after I had brought it to his attention. And during the rest of my office visit this person was behaving extremely arrogant. Very hurt because Dr. Keys had performed my first surgery a few years ago and I trusted and respected him. I have no respect for him now and will find someone else to perform my post op follow ups.
