I broke my ankle in the 90s at work on post at Ft.Hood texas this is a worker’s compensation case I went to Dr.Beals I was told it was sprung go home soak it and try to exercise it/walk on it but I told him I couldn’t but it was hurting to bad I went back to work gave them the paperwork I was given from Dr.Beal trying to do what was instructed to later on find out my ankle was broken I had a hairline fracture I was livid because I tried to tell him and my job but no one wanted to listen to the patient me.So for years we went back and forth he was very hard headed and stubborn he liked hollering at everyone like it was normal and ok so I made it very clear we not gonna have allllll that he thought I was playing until I had to get with that —-still right now today they will not release me or give me my medical records or see me or release me when I would call they leave me on the phone or hang up wouldn’t let me make appointments I’m not understanding the professionalism of me getting or being released or getting my medical records why hold me and my personal information hostage why not release me .his staff seen it all but I guess they was desperate for a job God will provide and one day he will meet his maker you answer to a higher God he has provided and taken better care of me God loves his job but you Dr.Beal don’t stop doing and being wrong release me and give me all my medical so I can get my benefits from Department of Labor you’ve halted my life long enough

My name is Cindy I had an injury. Dr. Beal filed out the wrong form for workers comp. The out come was not good. Please look too another MD that will recall your chart, and not be willing to give up on you. He gets paid, I would like to say I hope you can sleep at night.........

Amazing Dr. and Staff. Dr. Beal is very smart and fixed my ankle like new after multiple Dr. messed it up. He is the only Dr. I would trust with my bones again. He knows what he is doing and his staff is amazing. If you want a Dr. who will get to the issue and fix you the right way go to Dr. Beal.

Very poor bedside manner. Told me that there was nothing wrong with my knee and ended up having to have surgery a month later after getting a second opinion.
