Dr. Judith Tellerman help me out of a bad time in my life through my mother and through my father I have both lost. She has helped me when I was down on myself. I didn’t care about myself at all, and she helped me stand up for myself and speak for myself. I was introverted, but I’m not introverted anymore. I know how to speak up now she taught me all of that she said don’t hold back. Just let it all out and I did. She has been a good psych psychologist, a good friend and neighbor and she’s always been there for me when I needed her. My father even said that she’s the best that she’s ever been with you because you’re not had an open up your mouth now and that was right before he passed away. I thank her for all that she’s done for me. Thank you Dr. Tellerman you are the best. Ellen Grossman.

Dr. Judith tell her man she has been there for me through thick and thin with my mother with my father and she has help me grow she has help me think she has help me speak out she has help me do anything possible in my life. I have changed my life for the better After seeing Dr. Judith Tellerman. She is been a good friend to me and I have the upmost respect for her and I always will. I have seen her for over 30 years and she has been there for me and I have been there for her when she needed me . I will always be there for her. So the people out there who judge her with their rating are simply wrong about her she is just trying to make the people a little bit at ease or she may of had a bad time with her teeth or whatever She is a strong woman and she cares about people. She is a good psychiatrist and whatever the other people are saying about her arm really really wrong she may have bad bad days but she is there for you and she sticks by you and she helps the people that need help. Don’t judge a book by its cover because she is very good at what she does and I’m living proof of what she had done for me I think for myself I’m not introverted anymore and I speak up for my rights and I’m speaking up for her rights she is a good doctor and she always will be thank you

Absolutely horrible doctor. Do not see her. She rants incessantly about herself and does not care about her patients. Throughout our entire visit, she was more obsessed with meticulously filing our insurance claim than helping us. Do not see her.

I had my firsappointment with her and didn't reschedule another because I left her office feeling more stressed than when I went in.

It's been some time since I've seen Dr. Tellerman, but I felt compelled to write. She seems to have gone from one extreme to the other, as when I saw her, she would barely talk at all, and just nod and say "uh huh" the entire time. She also had this annoying habit of drinking a juice box with a straw in it, and I still have that image of her sucking on that straw and staring at me while I talked away an hour with no interpretations, comments, insights or anything at all from her except for a few utterances and many blank stares. There are so many other extremely talented therapists in the city of Chicago. Why Dr. Tellerman is considered "renowned" is quite beyond me.

I have good and bad things to say about Dr. Tellemerman. She was very good in helping me understand my condition and the reasons why I was reacting the way I was to certain situations. She helped me realize that there is hope and I can move on from the past. However; it is never a good sign when you Psychologist talks more than you do. I would sit there staring at her waiting for her to stop talking about things completely irrelevant to my situation and before I knew it half the session was gone. I was appalled when she would start dozing off as I was speaking. I felt horrible and that my problems were boring her. I was shocked when she would share stories of her clients to try to relate back to what I was talking about. I wonder how many clients she's told my story to? After a few sessions I was out of her apartment...that was her office.

Went to her for 2 years and the end it was a huge waste of time and money. I found her to be very narcissistic and just wanting my money. Also, she was always trying to sell me her music cds. I have been working with another psychologist and everything has greatly improved in my life. I really regret the time I wasted seeing her.
