Very rude staff. When making initial appointment and also during the visit the staff talks down to you. Office was very cramped and only had 5 seats, but I think they just remodeled. They also kept me waiting for over 40 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Margaret Grand tried her best, but could not get my prescription correct. Had to visit another eye doctor to get the correct prescription, which was out of my pocket, as my insurance only covers 1 eye visit per year.
