As the other patients stated, Dr. Wengrow seemed bothered by me and was very uninterested...like I was taking up her time. She could not address my concerns or questions. She told me she would get back to me with results in an hour which never happened. I had to call/email her over 3 hrs later! She also was not very helpful over the phone...pausing and saying "um" way too much! I am awaiting her to contact me for some results (which are serious to me). She just sent me a 2 sentence email...telling me what the results were but offering no guidance or next steps! I am since emailed her and again have not heard back from her! I am going to change my primary care doctor immediately! Highly unprofessional and definitely not recommended!

Promised to followup on a referral to dermatologist within 24 hours. It took 4 days for her to complete this - too long.

Really seemed to care. Even called my at hoem to check up on me.
