I first found Dr Herman while on Instagram. The testimonials that people posted on his sight had me wanting to look into it. They were promising! I had been suffering from a red itchy rash on my temples and in my hairline as well as Seborrheic Dermatitis on my scalp for about 8 months. I had been working with a nutritionist to help with some gut issues and food sensitivities, and also a hair loss specialist to help with shedding and SD. I had bloodwork and stool tests that showed I was in need of supplementation to help both with my gut and hair shedding. Those all helped to heal my gut and stopped the shedding, but I still had flares occasionally with the red rash and itchy dry scalp. I developed a swelling and rash on my big toe to the point that I was in a lot of pain no matter what my body position. Dr. Herman is the best doctor I have ever known. I just started first protocol approximately 2 month ago and my 8 years old back pain and sciatica pain has disappeared 5 days after I had started the protocol. I call this a miracle. There aren’t enough words to explain how life changing it has been meeting and working with Dr. Herman. I began working with Dr. Herman in January 2023 after a lifelong battle with interstitial cystitis. At the age of 8 I began experiencing very severe chronic bladder pain. This pain impacted basically every aspect of my life. I was barely sleeping and waking up around 10 times a night due to this pain. I wasn’t able to exercise, engage in any sexual relations and had to constantly call out of work due to very painful flare ups. I had seen over 15 urologists/functional medicine specialists etc and none were able to help me. I underwent 4 surgeries in my life with complete sedation - the last being November 2022. After that last surgery the pain became unbearable and I basically was in pain 24/7 and taking AZO/pain medication around the clock.
