I agree with the previous reviews on this dentist. The dentist himself is incompetent, he told me a bad filling was fine, it fell out less than two days later. To make matters worse, when I called the office to let them know, they could care less and even gave me an attitude while trying to make an appointment. They gave me a choice of one appointment which I couldn't make, and then told me that I really should figure out my schedule before attempting to make an appointment. Overall, the blonde woman at the front desk which the previous reviewer was speaking of is in fact a miserable, bitter, woman who is on a power trip and should not be working there. When we complained to the dentist about her attitude, he told us to find another dentist. So, now I sit here with a hole in my tooth, which he the dentist is responsible for after he messed it up in the first place, and won't fix now. Also, they were terrible with my 4 year old son. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone!!!

I never had a problem with Dr. Keller himself, although I am not really scared of the dentist. He is very nice to me and much better than my old dentist, so no complaints about him. The hygienist is also nice although she just breezes through and doesn't get too personal. I don't like when the hygienists try talking to you while they're working, anyway. However, I think Dr. Keller's wife is the main receptionist and she is AWFUL. She is a total **** - she really is just a miserable woman taking out her anger on everyone. She is never friendly, and god help you if you are late. She's even yelled at the dentist in front of me. There is no reason for her to be at that practice. So try to avoid the fat blonde (I think) miserable mess at the front desk, and you will be fine.

This dentist, though good at dentistry, has no 'bedside manner'. Has NO PATIENCE for skiddish/scared patients. Reception staff is EXTREMELY rude and condescending towards patients. HAS OUTRIGHT REFUSED TO CARE FOR PATIENTS IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS BECAUSE OF PREVIOUS MISSED OR BROKEN APPOINTMENTS. Rude and condescending towards patients.
