No longer in Wichita!! Maybe retired in another state from what I have heard.

Dr. Scheinberg performed my rhinopasty in New York 26 years ago. The reasons why I selected him is that his specialty is noses, and his noses are not cookie cutter like most other surgeons, he is a master of creating the right nose to fit your face. I was stunned when I learned that he was moving to Kansas but I'm thrilled that he performed my surgery before he left. Manhattan's loss is Wichita's gain, you now have a New York doctor in your city.

I went to Dr. Scheinberg 20 years ago when he was practicing in New York as a plastic surgeon. He did my rhinoplasty, he was so creative beforehand. He drew a picture of me and how my new nose would look after surgery. It looked exactly as he drew it. I feel he did a very nice job and it really suits my face. It's been tweny years and it still looks good. Some people say a good surgeons work will last a lifetime. He took a lot of time with me and gave me a lot of input. If anyone now goes to him for sinus problems ect in Kansas, but would like a rhinoplasty, consider him! He was also recommended to me by a wonderful plastic surgeon that has now past on. Dr. Wolf he did my two sister's noses and he did an unbelievable job. So for him to recommend Dr. Scheinberg was a very high compliment. At least talk to him and have him draw you a picture of what you can expect! Thanks Dr. Scheinberg for my new nose!

he was a very good doc. listends and also tells you his opinion. He made me feel at ease with his very exillent confidence. really cares too. true story- when I needed him most,when he was off shift, he came and met me at the nearest clinic to help my situation. If you ask me he gave first class assistance and really cares about his accupation. I have no complaints about the guy, but this is also only my situation with him, so thats all I know of him. I understood that he is an exreemly busy man, but he sure knows how to make it look easy haha.

I felt like he had a lot of knowledge. Two concerns that I had, though, were: 1. Even though I scheduled my appointments first thing in the morning, so that he didn't have the opportunity to be running late because of other patients, he was usually not puntual. If I scheduled the appointment later in the morning, I'd generally wait at least an hour. 2. His office checked out my insurance prior to surgery and told me it was covered. Howver, I still ended up paying $11,000 out-of-pocket for the sinus surgery because he was out-of-network; he refused to negotiate on the price.
