Did more damage than good. Go elsewhere. The Valley has more decent doctors these days, thankfully.

Horrible doctor. Go somewhere else. Didn't help me. In fact, told me to get off prednisone immediately but didn't say one weans off of it. Caused me to have several mini strokes and lot of other accompanying problems. He is in it for the money. More interested in talking about his art deco furniture collection than the patient's ailments and has no compassion. See someone else. Anyone else.

Good service; as a matter of fact, it was excellent. I was able to schedule my appointment the same day and they managed to see me while no one else could accommodate me. I realize that Dr. Martinez is busy and he had to leave to the hospital in between patients, but he came back to take care of everything and address all of my problems. The staff is very friendly and understanding.

Would not recommend him to anyone. I understand his clinic is filled with patients but when he's in the room to see you, he is there to explain how your pregnancy is coming along, answer your questions accordingly yet he would rush into the room only being there 2-5 minutes... LITERALLY! He would answer my questions with yes, no and maybe...rather than explaining. THIS IS HIS PROFESSION. I can't be going home and wondering or Googleing the answers since my own Dr couldn't do so. Switched Dr's since I am currently 31 weeks and know NOTHING regarding my baby since all he says is he's fine see you in a couple of weeks. Worst experience ever. I want to feel at ease, comfortable and have a good experience with the care my Dr is giving me...which obviously Dr.Martinez couldn't do.

Awesome doctor but the wait time is ridiculous! I've been there 4 times for pregnancy check ups and always have had to wait 3 hours to be seen for 5 minutes!! This last appointment has me searching for better service since I had to wait 4 hours!!! First he was out on emergency...understandable, but then he "took a call" and took an hour and a half to come in to the checkup room!! Just wish he would keep up with the timing!! If you don't have 3 hours to spare, don't go there!!

worst ever. waited 3hours. too many patients. did not address any serious problems. he performed a mirena insertion and walked in the room saying a different name...apologized and left only to return an hour later and did the procedure in seven minutes. I cried the whole time and have had juissues since. to this day I have yet to remove this device and have had nothing but problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS CLINIC TO SEE ANY DOCTOR ON STAFF INCLUDING IKEDA AND PUIG

The sad thing is about these doctors in the valley is that they take advantage of those who have goverment insurance and the others that have "good" insurance also get the boot. I personally do not recommend him please do your research before going to him. If you want to wait 2 to 3 hours he is the one to go to, regardless of how busy they are that should not be a problem to be seen on time or at least 3o minutes from appointment. It's ridiculous the treatment they give you but people do not seem to notice because they don't know any better. If you pay for a service it should be a service up to your standards. I recommend this office and advise you to make an appointment and keep it. These doctors are very busy due to having a high clientel, reason being that they are great doctors. You will get to see a doctor no matter what day and if you hav a particular doctor you feel most comfortable please advise the staff and they will make sure your needs are tended to..The staff have a good nature to them and work hard to provide you with the date and time you ask for your appointment. The have 2 clinics so you always have plenty of where to go for an appointment. They also have a exceptional after hours number for any emergency that may arise. Again i do recommend these doctors to all the woman wanting to find a great doctor..

Excellent doctor! He answered all my questions and treated me with respect. Took the time to talk to me and address my concerns. Compassionate professional. I love the office and staff. They have the latest technology. I have yet to see another doctor's office with nurses who are enthusiastic to go to work. They also answered my questions after speaking with Dr. Martinez, and seemed very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Him and his staff are top notch.
