Dr. Pai listens to your problems in great detail, very thoughtful and caring, available for assistance whenever you need her. Her staff was also very caring and punctual with replying to calls. I feel blessed to have her as my primary care physician

THIS IS A AWEFUL OFFICE. They are rude, all seem like they have a attitude problem and very unprofessional. They are NEVER in the office and when you call they either have no idea how to help you OR keep you on hold until the phone hangs up. I would never recommend this doctor or her office to anyone.. Not even my worst enemy.. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

"Dr" Pai.... What a joke. She makes her patients wait a ridiculous amount of time, then makes them come in every month for refill, so that she can make money on an office visit. When trying to receive medical records via a supenia from the court, I and my lawyers have been trying for 3+ months and still have not recieved them. When called to find out why... The staff says she's "working" on them. I work at a physicans office myself and the doctor does NOT do medical records, the staff does. Absolutely horrible doctor. Completely unprofessional and over medicates without reasoning...

I work with doctors everyday, I have never met a human being with less care for her patients as "Dr" Aparna Pai. I would never refer anyone to her. She has been rude and verbally aggressive to me while sitting there vulnerable in my little paper gown. She has also refused to sign FMLA paperwork and yelled and hung up twice with my own hospitals human resources and employee health directors. After being assigned her during a medical emergency stay in the hospital for severe GI bleed, I decided to continue with her as my physician. What a mistake, after not being able to figure out the cause of my problem, she told me it was all just in my head. Absolutely no professionalism or common decency in this woman.

There was a problem with a payment and I received a call from the doctor herself and she gave me attitude for a good couple of minutes and then hung up in my face. Never come here again.

I have been on blood pressure and cholesterol meds for 10 years she has taken me off my cholesterol meds without proper reason. she wants to see me EVERY month in order to refill my ONGOING blood pressure meds. This is uncalled for as I have been taking this medicine every day for years.I shouldn't have to see a physician every month to get a refill on my medicine! She won't answer phone calls, she won't refill prescriptions and I know that I have high cholesterol, which I even went and took very expensive blood tests for her which the insurance paid for and she will not give me my medicine. I shouldn't have to go through this trouble once again of finding a new doctor because she wants to abuse the system just to get money from insurance by making me come for a visit every month for an ongoing medicine. She told me by phone today that she will not even give a 90 day prescription and that if I didn't come in again, I should look for a new doctor. I WAS JUST THERE FOUR WEEKS AGO!!!

Had severe leg pain. Tried to convince me to schedule angioplasty without an angiogram with her friend, a cardiologist. Turned out I had severe arthritis in both knees and needed double knee replacement. Great diagnosis!
