Horrible office staff. Made me wait 30 minutes and then told me I could not get my refill. I had a complete physical on Aug 14 and the doctor asked me if I needed any medications. I had just changed doctors so I still had 3 weeks of pills. He told me to call back when I ran out and they would give me the prescriptions. First I sent a message on the portal, then I tried calling them all morning and kept getting the answering machine, finally I went into the office and asked for my prescriptions. I waited 30 minutes and the nurse comes out and tells me I need an appointment to get my adderall. I told her what the doctor said and after waiting another 10 minutes, she comes back and says I need to make an apt! I just had a complete physical 3 weeks before! So they just want money??? Then when they filed my insurance, I got a letter from the lab saying I did not have insurance! What?! I gave them my insurance card on my first visit! Do not go to this office!!!

I have known Doctor Jackson for over 13 years. I never had a problem with his service. It was even worth the wait because you never left with additional questions. However, his office staff noot the nurses over the years has become under qualified and not customer service oriented at all. They were not well trained in medical billing and coding and could not handle scheduling and handling customers administration needs before seeing Dr. Jackson. I do not recommend this office.

Dr. Jackson is not that bad, however, his office staff is the WORST I have ever encountered! I would stay away just based off his office staff alone!!! I cannot get copies of my records to change and know others with the same issues. Always a long wait. Office staff never answers/returns calls and is RUDE as well. Office manager refuses to talk to patients and I have asked over and over to speak with her about the office staff issues.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES! They NEVER answer the phone or call you back! It takes 7-10 days for a script refill. On 2 occasions the nurse did not use gloves while taking blood. Doctor has NO personality. I was left in the room for an hour waiting for just labwork! I am SOOOO glad I am switching insurance companies so I can got to a nice Doctor with a decent staff. DO NOT waste your time with this one!

I've use Dr. Jackson for over 16 years. His office was a total lifesaver during a critical point in my life. I hold him in high regard.

Good doctor, horrid office staff. They never answer the phone, never return calls, and it is impossible to get in and out of this office in under 2 hours due to poor appointment management.

Nurse drew blood with bare hands. She put a little alcohol on my arm then touched a door handle to let her coworker in then touched my arm with her germ filled finger then put the needle in.
