Came in for a prescription and Dr. Harding never checked my heart or anything other than having me look and follow a light. He discussed my medication and gave me hints (all of which I already knew). His documention of my visit said I was DISORIENTED of which I was not. He said it was a mistake, corrected it but never apologized for it. He then put an analysis of my heart and abdominal exam on my chart--he NEVER did any exam and feel he should have. He also made this correction without explanation or apology. UNPROFESSIONAL! What if I didn't look at my chart and other Doctors saw DISORIENTED as they always check the chart?

I have been with Dr. Harding for years. Not because he is knowledgeable but because he is nice. I changed my job recently and handed the receptionist a copy of my insurance card. Instead, they charged it to my previous insurance company, and my previous employee forgot to cancel my insurance. They kept asking to pay the difference of the copay, despite I explained to them orally and in writing. So, I am no longer seeing Dr. Harding.
