I look for two years before I found Dr kreifels. She saved my life numerous times. She diagnosed my AFib and diabetes and sent me to a cardiologist where they did open heart surgery on me. She always explains things to me and addresses all my fears .she never sends in a PA it's always her..after 15 years I couldn't think of going to another doctor

I wanted to make it known on here that this doctor leaves her own reviews on all review sites. Think about who goes around doing that? She also had had her husband write a review when he "works" for her. I strongly urge you to stay away from this sham of a doctor. There is a reason she only has a few patients.

Went to establish myself as a new patient. The office staff is awe full it’s an old office with junk all over. No organization skills at all but doctor is knowledgeable and helpful! Think she needs a need office manager and most of the issues would be solved!

My initial impression of Dr. Kreifels was that she is very good in making the correct diagnosis, the first time. She is now my primary doctor. I’ve been to her office several times and each time I left feeling confident in the treatment I received. I strongly recommend her.

I really love her. She is easy to work with and believes in giving her full attention to her patients. No matter how long it takes. I appreciate that bedside skill.

HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST! I just called to confirm to confirm something about my appointment and she made me feel like an idiot. She was absolutely so rude and I've never experienced such a thing over the phone...especially from a medical professional setting. I called back to cancel my appointment and before I could finish my sentence she said "OK good, thank you!" and hung up.

All around bad. Almost 3 hrs of from stray to finish . felt like I was more of a person looking for drugs then a person looking for help. Just moved to the area looking to set up new care.

Rude staff and terrible doctor! She talked over me, ridiculed me, made me cry and told me I looked ridiculous for crying! Go anywhere but here!

She is a horrible doctor. Stay far away!!!!! Her office has duct tape holding the exam tables together, the equipment is ancient. She does not let you explain things to her, without interrupting you. The nurse wrote that she took my blood pressure but the machine didn't work at all so she put a fake number in the chart. She also NEVER took my tempature, but put in the chart it was 98.6. As I was walking in to the room is be seen in, she opened the door to another room and yelled " so how did your colonoscopy go" to the patient inside. She made me show proof that I had paid my premium for my insurance before She would even see me. Her office I'd run down and literally falling apart. Today she degraded me and made me cry while in her office and humiliated me in front of the registration window. She accused me of being a drug addict. As a matter of fact, that's the ONLY thing she did. She came in the room and right away asked why I'd been to so many doctors. That I am too young (26) for all the problems I've had. She pulled up my medicines ive had in the past and grilled me about what I took them for etc.. (I had no clue since I cannot remember exact dates) She then yelled at me for crying. She told me I was going to ruin my family's reputation. I again started crying and told her that I had not even asked for medication of any kind, nor did I intend to. She continued to belittle me even in tears. I have never felt so ran over by an individual. I told her that my chart stated that I have anxiety, and that she was giving me an anxiety attack. She did not care. She continued to write me a script to get a gallbladder scan. She never even let me tell her my symptoms. If you are looking for a doctor who cares then this is NOT someone to go to. Please please stay away!!! I went home and had a nervous breakdown. My husband was very upset when I told him of what had happened. I went to her to solve my problems and left hurt, belittled, anxiety riddled, and embarrassed. Not to mention she yelled and said all of this stuff with the door open for other patients to hear. Bottom line: Do not use this doctor. I had read the reviews. I should have listened.
