I am tired of being told “well you are just getting old”. I have some treatable issues, not a result of aging.

Dr. Truly has been my personal Dr. for many years, many illnesses. He has been my home plate physician when my body suffered a major stroke. He helped direct my treatment for a stroke and added other physicians to my list for specialized treatment None of his suggestions have turned out to be negatives for me. I will be 80 years old this year and with Dr. Truly's help I'll make it another 10 years.

Pleasant, professional, and attentive. Asks good questions and waits for the answers. He listens and remembers. He explains why. He's comfortable discussing pros and cons, including how costs can influence treatment choice. I never feel rushed. The new offices are very bright, clean and roomy. His nurse is very nice and does a good "stick." I always schedule an early morning appointment, and have found that I never wait more than 2-3 minutes. They've switched over to computerized records, so chart review seems easier on both of us.

Imagine, a physician who actually takes the time to listen to you ! I am a medical professional with 39 years experience in hospitals, and Dr. Truly is the most competent and patient-friendly physician that I have come across. KUDOS!!!

Clinic has many patients. Wait time is sometimes long. Clinic needs update. Exam rooms are small. Dr. Truly has good/excellent bedside manner. Is a good diagnostician. Some times reluctant to experiment with medication changes. Adheres mostly to normal medical protocols. Does little apparent patient health issue research and updates.
