After researching for months & meeting with several doctors, I chose her & I’m so glad I did. My eyes look beautiful & also natural. She is not only great at what she does, she is also very responsive to her patience. I called the office on a day it was closed & left a message. I called because I developed a chalazion on my eye a week before the procedure. I figured I would get a call sometime the next day. To my surprise, a few hours later, Dr. Ganchi called me. I apologized for bothering her on her day off & she assured me it was no problem. She then called the surgical center to reschedule my procedure & called me back with the new date. A few days later she called again to see how my eye was doing. She was wonderful on the day of the procedure too, she made me feel relaxed & comfortable and checked on me before she left the surgical center. Dr. Ganchi and her entire team have been amazing throughout my journey. As a medical professional myself, I was very impressed with the time Dr. Ganchi spent with me at the initial consultation, and then the subsequent follow-up visits thereafter. I had a complete diastasis recti repair, with umbilical hernia repair and some mild liposuction of the flanks. On the day of the surgery Dr. Ganchi was very reassuring and took her time drawing out the procedure. The surgery ended up being more complicated due to excessive skin. Dr. Ganchi is an amazing plastic surgeon with attention to fine detail . I am thrilled with my results and wish I had done it sooner! I've been to Dr. Ganchi twice. The first time was a consultation and Dysport, the second time for a follow up and tear trough filler. She's awesome! Her office is quaint and peaceful. Her staff (I've worked with Sasha) is very helpful and kind. Dr. Ganchi is very personable and can talk to you about anything. She's honest about what you need and don't need. I've felt very comfortable with her and trust her hands and her years of knowledge. I got tear trough filler on Monday for the first time, and even though I took some precautions to minimize swelling and bruising, I was still worried about it happening. Dr. Ganchi has such a steady hand and technique that I had zero bruising, even a couple of days later. She talked me through the whole process and customized the procedure to make sure I was happy. I recommend her 100%, and am thrilled to have found someone I can go to for all my beauty needs!
