I would recommend this clinic. There is polite staff, specially, doctor Irene! She’s very sensitive and attentive, which is very important to me. As the specialist, she decided my request and I’m grateful to the doctor.

Very happy with the doctor, she is very knowledgeable and takes her time to answer any questions you might have. I have been going to her for some time and she is the only doctor I would see, however, punctuality is indeed an issue, there are always patients waiting I am yet to be seen at my appointed time.

a minute ago This was the worst doctor visit ive had during my pregnancy. The front desk receptionist was the only positive. When I went to her office, the nurse who took my blood opened all the sterile materials and set the down on a dirty counter before using them on me, the actual doctor was late so I was made to wait, when she actually did see me again the sterile swabs and such she was using to put inside my body were removed from their sterile packaging and left sitting in a filthy stand when I entered the room, while my legs were in stirrups and while she had the sonogram wand inside of me she was leaning on my knee/thigh (essentially having her armpit on my leg while I'm in stirrups). After all that she told me I couldn't work (got a second opinion, I can) and gave me a referral. The referral she gave me was for a first trimester screening for down syndrome and such, and when I called the number she gave me for the referral they said they didn't work with dr.kakossian because she wouldn't be delivering my baby and I had to have my birth plan ready with a doctor who delivered before they performed the test. So I called her back (since she stressed the importance of getting it done quickly and returning to her office) and was told she would get back to me. She never did, I called back the next day and the receptionist said "she never got back to you? I texted her about it yesterday". So I switched to a midwife. Since I switched I needed my medical records, which they won't provide through email, only fax or mail. When I called to get the records faxed the receptionist said she would take care of it. When I arrived at my new midwifery and asked if they had received my medical records they said no and so I had to call several times to get my medical records transferred, and even then the records they sent were.incomplete. AND THEN (as if that wasn't enough) after multiple times telling these people I switched to a midwife and would no longer be using them they called me to tell me that I needed to come in to discuss test results with the doctor. No other information, it wasn't even the doctor calling and when I said I switched practices and all my test results should have been sent to my midwife they said nevermind. These people don't care at all about anything but money. I wish I could give negative stars. If you're a rich lady who wants plastic surgery, sure come here. If you want prenatal care that's attentive and empathetic don't go there. These people are disgusting in their lust for money and their general greed.

Had a horrible office experience here. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The doctor does not understand medicine. And the worst part was being billed $6000 for a routine annual exam. Insurance fraud.

mixed up my results with another patient's at one point, so who knows if i had unnecessarily invasive surgery without needing to (i should've gone elsewhere for a second opinion). laughed and joked with nurse in another language while i was going through the procedure, rejoicing over the results of the 2016 election, and smiled when i cried. horrible experience. unbelievable that this person brings people into the world. planned parenthood needs your help. go there instead.

Dr Kakossian is the only doctor I trust completely. I wish all the doctors were like her. I consider myself lucky to have found true professional, very knowledgeable expert and have her genuine support as I have known Dr Kakossian for over 16 years. She welcomed my daughters into this world absolutely exceptionally. I come from NJ just to see the doctor. It’s hard to find high caliber OB-GYN and Dr Kakossian is true one and I’d recommend her in heartbeat as if you are looking for great quality, compassion, understanding, kind heart and gentle hands- you should look no more - you found the one you need!

I was referred to dr by a friend that was her patient for 10 years and I can not thank her enough!! Dr is very caring knowledgeable, thorough, calm and pleasant . It’s important for me to be comfortable with my gynecologist and I completely trust her diagnostic skills and decision-making The staff is very nice, office is clean and equipped with latest technology Whenever I left a Message with the stuff Dr calls me back either that day or next and takes time answering all my questions ? All of my friends are now her patients and everyone loves her!!

I love Dr. Kakossian. I have been with her for over 18 years. i come in from Staten Island to see her. I sometimes even see her husband when I need to. She has a wonderful PA who I also see. The office staff is warm and caring. I can't imagine anyone else taking care of me. She delivered my son. I love these people. I have only great things to say. They have only done right by me. I trust them with my life. I recommend them to anyone who needs an OB/GYN. If I had a complaint, it can be hard on Fridays to park by the office, and that is alternate side, not the doctor. I cannot say enough good things about them.
