My mother had been seeing Dr. Kajani for a number of years. He Never followed up on any visits or new prescriptions - Ever...! She was concerned because he didn't seen to care or listen to her during her appointments. While in hospital, my mother said she was going to get another doctor - she was so angry and said she felt neglected and betrayed because he just did not care. She was right. My mother died...without getting the care she needed. Period.....

Staff does't seem well educated. They don't know the whole process and also they don't accept card.

I visited him very first time this week but he attended me in hurry. His nurse took only blood pressure. He came very quickly and did not have be sufficient time to satisfy me. He gave me medicine first and said to take for two weeks and then go for tests in two weeks. I just had had 135 blood pressure and he gave me strong medicine. Ideally heading 135 is high but not considered as hypertension. Diet change and lifestyle can take care. So this doctor is not good

I called to make an appointment, the first time the woman left me on hold and never came back, the second time I called, the woman answered the phone with no education what so ever. She kept saying "hello", She also sounded as if she was drugged. I was expecting to speak to someone professional.... I was really looking forward to having this Dr. but not with a staff like that..... I educated her on how to answer the phone at a Doctors office, I hope she does implement the teachings on the next call, for the benefit of the Dr.

He used to be a very caring doctor. Then, he go to where he wouldn't return my calls. I would wait for 45 minutes and then he spent no more than 5 minutes with me. I felt very rushed. I have a new doctor now.

Sorry, but the first step to meet him never happened.He has a very rude staff answering calls/inquiries especially to new patient calls. He should try to look into this & do something about it. Sorry,had to answer other questions in order to rate this dr.pls just consider the rate for the Staff.

Dr. Kajani is a very kind and caring doctor. He is busy but he took the time to explain things to me and listens to my concern. I've known him for years and will recommend him to other patients.

I called to find out if they were accepting new patients, the receptionist was rude and was more concerned with faxing them my insurence card. I didnt have a fax and she told me to call back when I could get to one. I told her I wouldnt be calling back at all since she was more concerned with getting their hands on my insurance rather than scheduling me an appointment. I pay alot to have great insurance and refuse to be treated like that. rude staff!

Does not inquire how patient is doing or do examinations when making visits to hospital, meetings are too fast. Not giving paitient time to ask questions to their satisfaction.

a fine doctor...
